Planning and managing our budgets to ensure that funding is available to support the best research, advance new ideas, and secure the best possible value for money.
The annual planned expenditure of the CSC during the current financial year is over £30 million. In addition to MRC funding, we manage over 100 research grants and projects funded by a diverse group of organisations. We also manage funding for an extensive Capital building programme, updating and modernising our facilities to meet our future needs.
