Please note:
- All health and safety course bookings should be made through the Safety Office so that a training record can be kept.
- Please mention any special access requirements at time of booking so that arrangements can be made where necessary.
- For courses with a charge, provide a purchase order number at the time of booking (this can be obtained from your line manager / group head).
- Please ensure you have any necessary permission for time off to attend the course before booking any training.
- If non attendance or cancellation is made less than five working days before the course, a penalty fee of £50 or the full course fee may be charged.
